DCAA Services

Certification Support

DCAA supports data centre professionals in the Philippines with EPI certification-related enquiries, including recertification, Back-On-Track, examination retakes and credential support.

DCAA assists professionals in the Philippines with certification-related enquiries. EPI owns its programmes, determines examination and certification policies, and issues its professional credentials.

Recertification & Renewal

Most applicable EPI certifications have a three-year validity period. CTDC®, CTIA®, CTLA®, CDLI® and CDLA® certificates are issued for their stated standard versions and do not expire on that cycle. Renew through the applicable self-study package before expiry or within the six-month grace period.

Back-On-Track (BOT / BOT+)

If an applicable certificate has expired for more than six months, the standard recertification route no longer applies. Back-On-Track provides a route to regain active certification. BOT+ is a discounted BOT package when purchased with an applicable EPI course; package contents vary by programme.

Examination Retakes

A retake may be taken within six months of the first examination date using an applicable retake voucher. Remote retakes are available. If you have missed the deadline, DCAA can help check the next steps for your case.
